The above fees include:

  • Charter boat, crew, fuel, tackle, dispatch fee, bottled water and ice.

It does NOT include:

  • 16% Mexican Sales Tax, Bait ($30 per charter), fishing license ($20.00 per person on board 13 years old and over), lunches, drinks and gratuity (Usually 15-20%).

Do you agree with terms and conditions for reservation stated below?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A ) When you make a reservation on any of our boats, we require a deposit of $ 150 USD per each day that you have reserved the boat. This deposit reserves the boat, crew, fuel and tackle for the period of your charter.

B ) The deposit is due at the time you first make your reservation and is payable through your PayPal account or by debit or credit card. We must to receive your deposit no later then 3 ( three ) days after you make your reservation or your reserved charter could be released to another party.

C ) The balance due for the reserved charter is payable at the time when you arrive at our office in Cabo marina for the first day of fishing in U.S. Dollars or through PayPal with a debit or a credit card (in this case you will need to add the PayPal commission of 5%).

D ) In the event that you fail to show up for your reserved charter of the boat, the deposit will not be refunded to you.

E ) For canceling a charter you must provide us with 7 days´ advance notice that you are cancelling your reservation and we will return the full deposit to you.

F ) In case the port is closed for bad wheater conditions and we are not be able to take you fishing, we will refund your entire deposit.
